Send a short message to support@texaswilltemplate.com from the email address you used at checkout. Tell us your Will ID or the name on the order so we can find it quickly. We aim to process approved refunds within a few business days, back to your original payment method.
Your will draft is a digital product that we generate and deliver as soon as you order, so there is no shipping and nothing to return. This is a United States service, and no European-style 14-day cooling-off right applies. The 7-day refund described above is our own promise to you.
