LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF DANIEL RAY WHITAKER 1. Declaration. I, Daniel Ray Whitaker, residing at 4212 Ramsey Avenue, Austin, Travis County, Texas, born March 9, 1961, Texas driver license No. 21-4487-9903, declare this to be my Last Will and Testament. I am writing this entire document in my own hand and signing it myself. 2. Revocation. I revoke all prior wills and codicils I have made. 3. Capacity and form. I am of sound mind and over eighteen years of age. I intend this to be a holographic will, valid without witnesses or notary because it is wholly in my handwriting and signed by me, as permitted by Tex. Est. Code sec. 251.052. 4. Family. Specific bequest. I give my 1968 Ford Mustang to my daughter Megan Ann Whitaker. 7. Substitute heir. If my daughter does not survive me by thirty days, I give the entire estate to my grandson Tyler James Whitaker. 8. Independent executor. I appoint my daughter Megan Ann Whitaker as independent executor to serve without bond and with the least possible court supervision. 9. Funeral wishes. I wish to be cremated and my ashes scattered at Lady Bird Lake. 10. Safekeeping. I direct that this will be deposited with the Travis County Clerk for safekeeping under Tex. Est. Code sec. 252.001.
