LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF MARGARET ANN NGUYEN 1. Declaration. I, Margaret Ann Nguyen, a widow residing at 7503 Meadowglen Lane, Houston, Harris County, Texas, born October 4, 1948, Texas identification card No. 44-8802-3317, make this my Last Will and Testament. I am writing every word of it in my own hand and signing it myself. 2. Revocation. I revoke all wills and codicils I have made before this one. 3. Capacity and form.
